Open-source Image SDK unifies 8 providers behind one API
Ok_Window_2596 · reddit · 2026-07-22
An open-source SDK called Image SDK aims to make image-model integration a one-line call: generateImage("a cat wearing sunglasses"). It unifies providers like Flux, Ideogram, OpenAI, Stability, Recraft, Google Imagen, Replicate, and fal.ai behind a single API.
The package also includes automatic provider fallback, retry logic, cost tracking, and permanent storage so temporary result links do not break later. A zero-API-key CLI is available for trying it out, and the project is currently in early access (v0.1) with the core plus 8 adapters tested.
