AI startup Skyfall AI has emerged from stealth and is offering $1M to acquire a SaaS company. The goal is to have its AI software run the acquired business autonomously as CEO.
Focusing on continual learning and world models, the neo lab aims to build "Enterprise World Models" capable of reasoning and simulating the multi-layered consequences of strategic business decisions. To test this thesis, they want a live business rather than a demo. The plan is to double the acquired company's revenue within 6 months. Humans will only handle setup, bank accounts, and tax/regulatory paperwork, while everything else from strategy to daily operations will fall to the machine.
