Qwen Code version-check timeout is too short during startup
A QwenLM/qwen-code issue says the post-launch version check times out too quickly, and that when startup also needs to load a long existing session, it will almost always time out.
The report is brief, but the core problem is clear: startup work is competing with an overly aggressive update check, and the timeout is short enough to fail in normal real-world usage when session restore is heavy.
