Hormozi says AI wins when it automates the real bottlenecks
rchardkovacs · x · 2026-07-22
Alex Hormozi’s recent video claim is that people are not more successful with AI because they automate the wrong thing.
The thread argues the real bottlenecks are not writing code or copy, or sending one email. Instead, AI becomes useful when it helps with the actual choke points in a business: reaching out to people, sending vastly more cold DMs, A/B testing weekly, doing taxes, optimizing pricing, and pitching better. The point is that leverage comes from removing operational bottlenecks, not from just shipping more code for a tiny user base.
