You should default to small subagent teams for well-scoped tasks

A short post argues that if you are not reflexively spinning up small teams of subagents with tightly scoped tasks, you are falling behind.

It is a blunt endorsement of an agentic workflow: break work into narrow tasks, delegate them to subagents, and use that structure as a default rather than an exception.
