Poolside Releases Laguna s 2.1: A 118B Local Coding Agent Model

Poolside has released Laguna s 2.1, a new local coding agent model. It features a 118B MoE architecture with 8B active parameters, supports a 1M context window, and is available with open weights under the openmdw license.
Performance-wise, it scores 70.2% on terminal-bench 2.1, 78.5% on swe-bench multilingual (level with Claude Sonnet 5), and 59.4% on swe-bench pro. The model can run on a single DGX Spark and supports autonomous runs of up to 24 hours.
