Users say ChatGPT and Codex updates are bugging out across devices
kaneko_masa · reddit · 2026-07-22
A user says recent ChatGPT/Codex updates feel buggy across phones, desktops, laptops, and IDE plugins. Their main complaints are:
- chats no longer syncing reliably across devices
- IDE plugins freezing too often
- the new integrated chat + Codex app feeling clunky
They’ve fallen back to the web version, which they say is currently the only stable option.
