Codex can now inspect backend logs to debug deployed Sites

- OpenAI’s Codex / ChatGPT Work can now debug a deployed Site by inspecting its backend logs.
- Users can simply ask, “My site isn’t working, can you check why?”
- The tool is supposed to locate the error and explain what went wrong, extending Codex from coding help into deployment debugging.
