Devin launches Outposts for autonomous deployment on Modal GPUs
AAAzzam · x · 2026-07-22
Cognition's AI coding agent Devin introduces Outposts, allowing users to deploy Devin on the same GPU infrastructure used for training and serving models via Modal.
This enables Devin to reproduce failures, profile fixes directly on production hardware, and scale back to zero compute when tasks are complete, streamlining the end-to-end development and debugging workflow.
