A user recently shared a highly practical use case for the ChatGPT Agent. After JetBlue cancelled a flight and failed to process a refund, the user instructed ChatGPT to handle the customer service dispute.
Using a specific prompt, the user authorized the Agent to monitor the airline's support chat every 15 minutes. When a representative responded, the Agent tracked the refund status and ensured the money was returned to the original card. The Agent was also directed to push for additional flight credits due to the cancellation and poor support experience. Ultimately, the user successfully secured an $866.36 refund and a $100 flight credit.
