Google DeepMind executive Koray Kavukcu announced new Gemini models optimized based on developer feedback for scaling AI agents:
- Gemini 3.6 Flash: The workhorse model, delivering better coding, knowledge work, and multimodal performance while reducing token usage.
- 3.5 Flash-Lite: The fastest and most cost-effective 3.5-class model, built for high-throughput applications, significantly outperforming prior Flash-Lite generations.
- 3.5 Flash Cyber: A specialized model fine-tuned on top of 3.5 Flash, dedicated to finding and fixing cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
