LangChain adds structured tracing for Cursor agent sessions
LangChain says it built a tracing plugin that turns every Cursor agent session into a structured LangSmith trace.
The trace includes:
- the model run
- every underlying tool call
- nested sub-agent work
- attachments, recovered and rendered inline
This is the third video in LangChain’s coding-agent tracing series, after Claude Code and Codex. All three use the same schema, so they can be compared in one place.
