OpenMHC releases 60 million hours of wearable health data for foundation models

Researchers released OpenMyHeartCounts (OpenMHC), described as the largest and most comprehensive open-access wearable health dataset to date.
- The dataset contains more than 60 million hours of wearable data.
- It spans 19 sensor channels, including step count, heart rate, sleep, and workouts.
- It includes up to 169 linked variables covering health, lifestyle, mood, and behavior.
- The data comes from 11,894 consenting participants.
