Hermes Desktop adds multiple instances for agent workflows

Hermes Desktop now supports multiple instances: users can open another window with Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+N or via new window in the command palette.
The note is brief, but it matters for Hermes Agent workflows because it makes parallel sessions and side-by-side task handling easier.
