GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.72 adds sandbox auth and fixes worktree and hook bugs
GitHub Copilot CLI v1.0.72 ships a broad set of workflow fixes: an agentStop hook that blocks forever now stops after eight consecutive blocks, OS-sandbox Git and GitHub auth is now opt-in, macOS keychain access is off by default, and /cd now propagates trust and session state more consistently into new worktrees.
The release also fixes a number of repo/worktree edge cases, including stale worktree directories, branch-name collisions, /move stash handling, pasted prompt preservation when switching models, and several UI and lifecycle issues around MCP servers and browser launching on Windows.
