RedBear AI raises another round at a near-RMB 3 billion valuation
RedBear AI, a startup focused on AI memory systems, announced an A+ round worth tens of millions of RMB. The round was led by Zhejiang Jiwei Private Fund, Jiaxing Zhangyuan Venture Capital, and existing investor Gelifeng. The company says the post-money valuation is now close to RMB 3 billion.
Business traction
- Founded in April 2024, RedBear AI says this is its 6th financing round.
- Valuation reportedly rose from RMB 500 million in its 2025 pre-A round to over RMB 1.5 billion in April 2026, and now to nearly RMB 3 billion.

- ARR has surpassed RMB 50 million, and 1H 2026 revenue already exceeds full-year 2025.
Product strategy
RedBear’s core product, MemoryBear, aims to give models long-term memory by combining:
- an ACT-R-style dual-memory architecture,
- the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve,
- semantic pruning,
- and a multi-layer memory stack spanning working, short-term, long-term, and permanent memory.
The company also mentions OpenBear (a general-purpose MoE model), CodeBear (for coding), and a native agent architecture designed to support long-horizon workflows.
Where it is being used
RedBear says it has deployed into:
- customer service,
- AI marketing,
- ChatBI,
- and education.
It claims its customer-service solution can raise issue-resolution rates by 60%+, cut manual workload by 70%, and lift satisfaction by 40%+.
