Anthropic wins final approval for its $1.5 billion copyright settlement

The federal court in Northern California granted final approval to the $1.5 billion class settlement in Bartz v. Anthropic and entered judgment.
The court also awarded plaintiffs' class counsel $101,561,111 in attorneys' fees, capping a major copyright fight over Anthropic's AI training practices.
