Chorus Turns Genomics Into a Conversational Interface

The post introduces Chorus, a “conversational genomics” interface.
It argues that sequence-to-function models can already predict regulatory DNA accessibility, TF binding, expression, and splicing from sequence alone, but they remain hard to use because they require domain expertise. Chorus aims to let users “ask the genome” in a more natural conversational way, lowering the barrier to applying these models.
