A user converted Ideogram v4 Instant into a ComfyUI-friendly format and shared the workflow.
The post explains that fal released the weights in diffusers format, so the author wrote a conversion script to map the split toq / tok / tov attention tensors into ComfyUI’s fused qkv format. The workflow uses 8-step, guidance-free sampling, removes speed-LoRA-style contrast drift, and runs a bit faster than the full base model on a 4090. The author notes the weights are gated and non-commercial, so the script only automates a verified conversion after the user downloads them from fal and accepts the license.
