Claude Pro shows quota exhausted while usage still looks low

A Claude Pro subscriber says they are blocked from sending messages even though the usage page still shows plenty of quota left.
They report the same mismatch on both desktop and web, with the interface claiming the limit is hit while session and weekly usage bars remain around one-third. They suspect a server-side account-sync bug and ask whether others are seeing the same issue or found a workaround.
