Codex code review finally works after fixing the toggles

The poster says the issue was caused by the wrong toggles being set, and that the help text did not flag it earlier when screenshots were shared.
With the settings fixed, Codex is now reviewing code. The attached screenshot shows the code review settings, including the "Enable credits use" toggle and a diagnostic panel indicating the GitHub integration is working and the review trigger is firing.
