MCP is headed toward easier scale, event-driven extensions, and workable file uploads

A repost argues that MCP is about to get much easier to run at scale because of its stateless protocol.
It also says upcoming extensions will cover capabilities that are hard to do reliably with CLIs, including triggers/events and tasks, and that file uploads are finally becoming viable.
