LLMs are becoming the backend of white-collar work

The post argues that long, uninterrupted collaboration is becoming more valuable because it produces richer material for LLMs.
It describes a workflow where 3–5 hours of serious conversation with a client or colleague gets turned into notes, voice dictation, and context that can be fed into tools like Plaud, Fireflies, and a model such as “Sol 5.6 Ultra.” The model then does the heavy lifting while humans review the output later. The broader point is that RTO has been a disaster and more of white-collar work is now being routed through LLMs, even when people themselves do not directly use them.
