Most founders think they’re “using AI” just because they added ChatGPT and Cursor, but that barely scratches the surface.
The real question is to go function by function across the business and ask what each process actually needs: human judgment, a real relationship, or just execution. In many cases, it’s mostly execution—steps people follow only because there wasn’t a better option before. That kind of work is now automatable.
