Kimi Founder on AGI: A Direction, Not a Destination

The founder of Kimi believes that AGI is not an overnight destination on a staircase, but a continuous direction of development. In specific fields like mathematics and programming, AI's performance has already surpassed 99% of humans, meaning AGI is effectively realized in these areas.
He proposed that AGI encompasses two dimensions: the continuous advancement of the technology itself, and its long-term impact on human society. The latter will take decades or even a century to fully digest, much like how the invention of the steam engine eliminated old jobs while creating new ones.
