Testing AI Agent to Recreate Final Fantasy Tactics from Scratch

A developer tested the long-horizon task capabilities of an AI Agent by requiring it to autonomously rewrite and recreate the classic game Final Fantasy Tactics from first principles. Results showed that the Agent had been running autonomously for 10 consecutive hours, intuitively demonstrating the potential of current agents in handling complex, ultra-long-cycle programming tasks.
