The Real Bottleneck for AI Adoption is Real-World Feedback

The spread of AI is ultimately limited by "how fast reality provides feedback." Coding took off first because the write-test-run loop is nearly free, allowing individuals to get results quickly without external coordination.
However, in most other domains, real-world feedback is slow: life sciences wait years for trials, sales require repeated client communication, and contracts need back-and-forth negotiation. The author argues that the key to applying AI isn't simply "wrapping models in a workflow," but compressing the loop to get faster, cheaper answers from reality. True deployment capability must be embedded within the industry, not solely handled by the model provider.
