Real Estate Platform Transforms Property Photos with AI

Swedish real estate platform Hemnet has directly integrated AI-generated "space transformation" versions into their property photos. Each image provides two additional views:
- Empty Room Version: Furniture removed to show the room's original state
- Redesign Version: Automatically generates an interior layout featuring a japandi / scandi style
The author believes this is a highly appropriate AI use case: it enhances a property's appeal and sales potential without requiring the buyer to do anything.
