SuperGrok Heavy Merges API Quotas

SuperGrok Heavy's weekly quota now pools API usage together with Chat, Imagine, Voice, and Grok Build.
This means subscribers are no longer fragmented across separate limits; API calls are treated as a first-class citizen of the consumer subscription. The post notes this change actually rolled out in early July, though an official widespread announcement has yet to be made.
