Qwen has officially teased the upcoming release and open-weight availability of Qwen3.8.
The announcement notes that the model boasts 2.4T parameters and remains in continuous development, with capabilities rivaling top-tier frontier models. Users can currently try the Qwen3.8-Max-Preview version via Alibaba Cloud's Token Plan, Qoder, and QoderWork. The team is also inviting developers to test it out and share their build feedback.
