Open-Source 3D Visualization Project for LLMs
Rich-Fruit-326 · reddit · 2026-07-19
The author is developing an open-source project called **LLM Studio**, aiming to transform Transformer models from static diagrams into an interactive 3D visualization experience. Current features include: - Interactive 3D architecture browsing - Real-time inference visualization - Tensor viewer - Educational modules covering tokenization, Embedding, LayerNorm, self-attention, MLP, and Softmax/output - Support for GGUF models The author plans to expand to more model architectures, attention visualization, activation and KV cache inspection, quantization comparisons, and performance optimization. They are inviting contributors interested in LLM internals, PyTorch, FastAPI, and React/Three.js to join the project.
