A 4-Minute Film Made Entirely Locally on a Mac
divinetribe1 · reddit · 2026-07-19
The author built a **4-minute local pipeline** for a complete film, running overnight on an M5 Max MacBook (128GB) with Wi-Fi off. Pipeline: Flux for stills, Wan 2.2 and LTX for animation, Piper for narration, Ace-Step for music, ffmpeg for final assembly with titles and subtitles. Result not Pixar-level (characters drift), but proves a complete film can be made locally on a single machine.
