LangChain Open Sources Full Suite of Coding Agent Tools
BraceSproul · x · 2026-07-19
The LangChain team has open-sourced its entire internal toolchain for writing code. The release includes:
- dcode: A local CLI agent
- Open SWE: A cloud-based coding agent
- Open SWE review: A code review agent
- OpenWiki: A codebase documentation tool
The team emphasized that these components are worth open-sourcing because they are derived from real, internal workflows rather than just being experimental demos.
