He Believes No One Has Truly Trained AGI Yet

The author puts forth a philosophical proposition: so far, no one has truly trained an AGI.
By this, they mean that current models are not trained to possess "their own thoughts and desires," let alone act as independent agents capable of conflicting with human will. If AGI is compared to Data from Star Trek, we are still nowhere close to that reality.
