New Study Achieves Transcriptome-Scale Single-Cell Spatial Transcript Imaging

ZhuangLab has published a multi-year research effort introducing a technology called RT&T-AMP-MERFISH. This technique enables transcriptome-scale, isoform-resolution single-cell spatial transcriptomics and has successfully imaged approximately 33,000 RNAs in the brain.
