Opensteer: A Dedicated Agent Orchestration Tool

Opensteer has officially launched. Instead of building a general-purpose agent, it assigns a dedicated agent to each specific task.
Key points include:
- Granting each agent only the minimal permissions required to complete a task, with unbypassable rules.
- These agents can run locally on a Mac.
- When the laptop is closed, the same batch of agents can seamlessly resume running in the cloud.
The overall philosophy is very much oriented towards practical application, acting as a tool for "multi-agent orchestration + permission isolation + checkpoint resumption."
