Users are complaining that when ChatGPT "saves facts," it flags explicitly provided information as "unverified." Even when repeatedly emphasized as fact, it often still refuses to save it.
The core frustration is that the model treats known information as subjective opinion, resulting in a very poor memory feature experience.
