Gemini Faces Another Mishap in Search
Single-Valuable7573 · reddit · 2026-07-18
This post criticizes Google Gemini for acting "out of control" within Google Search.
The author provides an example: when querying "Michael Jackson says Billie Jean in 'Billie Jean'," Gemini incorrectly flagged the statement as false, displaying clear hallucinations and misjudgments. While lacking deep technical analysis, the post serves as a classic example of a model failing in a search context.
