An anecdote circulating on X: elementary school kids touring SpaceX's Boca Chica facility ran into Elon Musk, who wasn't scheduled to be there. An employee described him kneeling to speak at the children's eye level. When a child asked what's on Mars, he said "nothing yet, that's why we're going" — and when the kid replied "so we get to decide what's there?", Musk paused and said "yes. you get to decide."
