Meta Might Lease Excess Compute to Anthropic
The Decoder · rss · 2026-07-18

If this deal goes through, it signals a shift for big tech companies from keeping compute strictly internal to monetizing it externally. It also reflects how the supply and demand dynamics for data center compute are being repriced in the era of large models.
