Grok Launches Automated Task Feature
CodeByPoonam · x · 2026-07-18
Grok can now run tasks on its own: simply describe a task once and set a trigger, and the system will execute it automatically in the background.
It integrates with users' existing connectors and skills, such as email, documents, and calendars. Examples include:
- Automatically drafting replies as soon as an email arrives
- Automatically compiling prices or news every morning
- Pulling status reports from documents weekly
