Anthropic Updates Workbench and Build Section

Anthropic's Workbench has been updated and migrated to the new Build section, featuring a redesigned UI.
The new workflow emphasizes allowing developers to directly send Messages API requests, view Claude's responses, and copy code for quick integration into their own apps. It also supports configuring a fallback model for Claude Fable 5.
