Anthropic Upgrades Workbench and Boosts Agent Observability

Anthropic has updated its developer platform by moving Workbench into the new Build area and redesigning the UI. Additionally, a new Observability tab for Claude Managed Agents allows developers to monitor token usage and error rates.
