Xnative Update: Terminal Session Management
Daniel_Farinax · x · 2026-07-17
Xnative has released v1.1.17, bringing a host of improvements.
As a free terminal session management app, it integrates seamlessly with Grok 4.5 and most local models. The update allows the app to automatically detect multiple open terminals and organize them within a unified interface. If a session is closed, it remembers the previous state, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.
The author also highlights a practical benefit: memory management. You can close older conversations without losing progress or forgetting your initial context. The app is written in 100% Swift and has been notarized through the author's own Apple Developer account.
