Modal Supports Millions of Concurrent AI Sandboxes in Seconds

Cloud infrastructure platform Modal announced that developers can now access up to 1 PB of memory at an aggregate level with just a few lines of code. Their official blog detailed how the platform scales to 1 million concurrent sandboxes in seconds. Because AI agents typically run inside these sandboxes, this level of rapid scaling provides robust foundational infrastructure for large-scale agent applications.
