New Embedding Model Tops Multilingual RTEB

The author released a new embedding model, currently ranked 1st on multilingual RTEB.
They emphasize that this model is particularly suited for cost-friendly agentic retrieval: better retrieval effectiveness means fewer subsequent turns are required for the agent, making the overall workflow more cost-efficient.
