Bot Opens PR in Bun Repo Within 10 Minutes

This Bun repo issue is quite interesting:
- 48 hours ago, someone suggested adding QR code parsing/generation to Bun.
- 10 minutes later, a maintainer replied, asking Robobun to try implementing Bun.QR.
- Robobun quickly opened a PR, also adding conversion between ASCII / image formats.
- Maintainer Jared then gave feedback, and the PR is basically mergeable.
