Belgie: Embeds a TypeScript Sandbox for Python AI Agents Without Node.js
TheRealMrMatt · reddit · 2026-07-21
A developer released Belgie, an open-source tool that lets Python AI agents write and execute TypeScript in a sandbox without requiring a local Node.js installation (Deno is bundled).
It supports inline npm imports and currently provides integration examples for Pydantic AI and LangChain, allowing agents to leverage JS/TS environments dynamically for tasks like data transformation.
