Mintlify's Automated Pipeline from Customer Support to Code Fixes

Mintlify shared an internal workflow that automatically turns customer support tickets into code fixes. The system intercepts support requests, identifies actionable bugs, and automatically assigns them to a coding Agent.
The pipeline works as follows: after an initial response, tickets sync to Slack; an agent reads the message and creates a task via Linear MCP; the Linear Agent then assigns the bug to Claude Code; Claude Code generates a PR, which is reviewed by Cursor BugBot and Greptile to provide a confidence score; finally, a human engineer reviews it, runs tests, and merges.
The thread also mentions that Mintlify’s internal AI tools cover scenarios like design prototyping, personal agents, email processing, sales intelligence, knowledge base retrieval, and weekly report summaries. The guiding philosophy remains: see if automation or process redesign can solve the problem before adding headcount.
