OpenWiki 0.2 Integrates OKF Specification
BraceSproul · x · 2026-07-17
OpenWiki 0.2 now adopts the OKF specification.
It introduces two core changes:
- Adds structured metadata to each document and establishes cross-links between them, improving retrieval efficiency and reducing token consumption.
- The emerging OKF tool ecosystem can visualize wiki relationships, helping users understand the connections between documents.
OpenWiki itself is an open-source CLI for generating and maintaining codebase documentation; it builds a wiki for your repository, connects it to coding agents, and keeps the docs continuously updated.
